I am pleased to recommend and endorse Laura Benjamin. I first met Laura at a Society for Human Resources Management luncheon, and was impressed from the beginning. Laura comes across professional, yet approachable.
A few months later, our credit union was launching a new Ambassador Program for our partnering businesses, and I wanted to feature a speaker at our kickoff luncheon who would add value to our program. Laura shared a program about employee development and retention, which was certainly a hot topic. Her session was relevant to several different industries and included applicable ideas.
The credit union was also honored to offer the same program to our own middle-managers group. We stress employee development at our company, and we offer internal training classes frequently. The seminar was taught a few months ago, and I still hear comments about how great Laura’s session was! The class was interactive and motivational, and she was certainly the best speaker our middle-managers group has seen in quite a while. Laura even promised to provide all attendees with a complimentary copy of her new book, “The C.A.R.L.A. Concept.” We had to wait for it to be published and during that time, managers kept eagerly asking me, “Where is our copy of Laura’s book?”
I am confident that any company that chooses to work with Laura will be pleased. She is flexible, and a pleasure with which to do business. Laura continues to be open as a resource for my business/department needs, and I value her expertise.
