Like your other teleclasses I have "attended" in the past, I found that it presented sensible, no-nonsense solutions to a problem faced by most small business owners. The presentation was direct, well researched and documented. Throughout the hour I kep thinking to myself, "how can Laura know so much?" Many presentations and articles concerned with business problems leave me thinking that I knew the solution presented all along. Your solutions were innovative and creative (I have found this to be true of your other presentations too). Above all your solutions offer a sense of humanity and a sense of humor!
