Apartment Association of Colorado Springs One of the biggest challenges I find as an event planner is to find qualified speakers for our membership meetings. This past January, the Apartment Association of Colorado Springs, a local non-profit trade association representing owners/managers of rental property, contracted with Laura Benjamin to serve as our guest speaker.
January has typically been a challenging month to promote and gather a sizeable crowd for the monthly meeting, however, Laura's timely and provocative topic drew a crowd larger than expected. Nearly two months later, I continue to receive calls of praise for Laura's dynamic presentation.
