Step 1. First, we have a conversation. Please call me at 719-266-8088 to discuss your situation, challenges and goals. We'll chat about what's going on in your life and see if we both feel like it would be a good fit to work together.
Step 2. Next, I'll email you an outline of the focus areas we can work on based on our earlier discussion. Some of my clients are very clear in what they want and need, while some prefer suggestions based on what's work best for others in the past.
Step 3. You consider the time commitment and investment you'd like to make. Here are the options that seem to be most popular with my clients:
- a flat hourly rate
- a monthly retainer with a two month minimum
- a package of coaching sessions (90-120 min each)
- a budget plan - you set the budget and we work within it
Coaching sessions are by phone for out of area clients and can be a combination of phone and in-person sessions for local clients. Visa and MasterCard are welcome.
Also, ongoing support is part of the deal. I encourage clients to keep me posted on their progress even after we've completed our formal sessions. I do not charge "by the clock" if clients call or email to ask a quick question.
